The Bar at Kelmarsh closes at 11.30pm. Dancing and Entertainment ends at 11.45pm. If you require an Extension of Licence up to 1.00am, there will be an additional charge of £600.00.
The Venue Hire Fee includes:
- Exclusive use of Hall
- Private use of gardens for reception drinks and photography
- Cut flowers and plants will be provided in the house with the exception of the Great Hall, Saloon and Ballroom Table Flowers. These areas are the responsibility of the client.
- Dining tables and chairs and civil ceremony chairs
- Support of our experienced wedding team
- Use of croquet and boules sets if desired
Catering (Prices for a 3-course menu start at £37.00 per head)
Sample menus are enclosed. All of our caterers are happy to discuss your requirements and can provide an extensive list of menu choices, including canapés, petit fours, buffets, cheese boards and wine lists. They can also supply virtually any other dish you may wish to have and will provide costs on request.
Arrival drinks and table wine must be purchased through the caterers. A pay bar is available at no cost to yourselves provided a minimum spend of £250 is reached. Any shortfall to the value of £250 will be invoiced to you.
