Kelmarsh is a 3,363 acre (1361ha) agricultural estate at the heart of which (physically and symbolically) stands the eighteenth century Kelmarsh Hall, surrounded by its pleasure gardens and parkland.

Information For Visitors With Disabilities
Parking on arrival

Parking for those with disabilities is on the drive in front of the Hall. A member of staff will be available in the Visitor Centre, and s/he will be able to advise you on how best to enjoy your visit.

Access to the Visitor Centre

Access into the Visitor Centre (admissions, information & tea room) is via a door at the rear of the South Pavilion. A member of staff will guide you round to the door. Toilet facilities are available.

Access round the Gardens

There is partial wheelchair access to the gardens. Gravel paths do mean that a companion is needed.

Access into the House

All tours are guided and visit the ground floor rooms. Wheelchair access to this level is by means of a platform lift. Guided tours of the Hall are timed and, on arrival at Kelmarsh, you will be advise when and where to meet a member of staff who will operate the lift.
