Corporate & Outside Events

Perhaps the most important decision that an event organiser will make is the choice of event site as the right site will facilitate every aspect of an event; from planning, traffic control and security to attendance and client satisfaction. At Kelmarsh Hall we are fully aware of the demands on the event organiser and believe that Kelmarsh Hall’s event site could well be the answer to event success.

Location, access, size, layout, aesthetic atmosphere and the full support of the Kelmarsh team, all make Kelmarsh Hall’s event site ideal for a wide range of events, allows smooth, trouble-free planning and operation. Kelmarsh has only been available as a venue for large events since 2003, so it represents a valuable opportunity for a fresh, new setting without over exposure.

Main facilities and features:

  • Kelmarsh Hall’s principal show site comprises 110 acres of flat parkland with mains water supply and adjacent parking for 14,000 cars (72 acres).
  • Access is via 2 connected private roads so traffic flow is easily controlled.
  • The event site has superb views of the Hall over the ornamental lake with a bridge providing the potential for access to the house and gardens.
  • Surrounded by estate land and with the added benefit of an exclusive use policy, Kelmarsh Hall’s event site offers organisers considerable freedom and flexibility.
  • Located less than a mile from Junction 2 of the A14 and only 15 miles from both the M1 and M6, Kelmarsh is easy to access and with London less than 70 miles to the South and Birmingham 50 miles to the West, it is nationally central.
