Kelmarsh Hall has been shortlisted in the regional finals of the 2013 Wedding Industry Awards for the second year running.
The awards, which recognise excellence in the wedding industry, give couples the chance to vote for their favourite suppliers and those who delivered outstanding service.
Couples who got married at Kelmarsh in the last year have cast their votes and outlined why they thought the Hall should win the best venue category. Judges looked at the comments and votes for venues in the East Midlands and decided that Kelmarsh Hall deserved a place on the regional shortlist.
Wedding Co-ordinator Jill Doughty said she was delighted that Kelmarsh has made it through to the next round for the second year in a row.
She said: “We were shortlisted based on the comments of our brides and grooms, which is testament to the experience they had here. Kelmarsh Hall is a stunning venue for any wedding and we strive to offer a service that matches that.
“Time and time again couples tell us that Kelmarsh Hall is the perfect setting for a wedding and I’m pleased that the judges of the Wedding Industry Awards have recognised this.”
